WHAT IS A 510 THREAD BATTERY?
A 510 thread battery is a rechargeable power source that uses the universal 510 threading standard. This threading type is the most widely used connection in the industry, meaning our batteries are compatible with the vast majority of cartridges on the market.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH BATTERY IS RIGHT FOR ME?
It depends on your priorities. If you want something simple and pocket-friendly, the KK Nano 280 is draw-activated with no buttons. For all-day power and full voltage control, the KK Titan 650 or KK Pro X 900 are great choices. Our Standard line is perfect for everyday use, while the Premium line offers advanced features like OLED displays, app control, and wireless charging.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Please note that Canadian and Mexican orders are not eligible for our 30-day replacement guarantee due to shipping costs.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
US shipping is a flat rate based on the number of units: 1–5 units costs $5, 6–11 units costs $6, 12–49 units costs $10, and 50+ units ship free. Canadian shipping is $15 USD for 1–9 units, $18 for 10–19, and $21 for 20+. Mexican shipping is $18 USD for 1–9 units, $21 for 10–19, and $29 for 20+. All international prices are in USD.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal (which also allows credit and debit card payments through their platform) and cash sent via USPS Certified Mail with tracking. For cash orders, your order ships once payment is received and verified.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
PayPal orders are shipped out within 1 business day. Cash-by-mail orders ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes 2–5 business days. Please do not reach out regarding lost orders unless it has been more than 10 business days since your order shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If your battery arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us through our contact form and we'll send a replacement. See our Warranty page for full details.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No. We don't require or offer customer accounts. Simply add items to your cart, enter your shipping and payment info, and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation with your order number.
MY BATTERY ISN'T WORKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, make sure it's charged — connect it via USB-C for at least 30 minutes. If it has a button, try clicking it 5 times quickly to toggle power on/off. Make sure your cartridge is screwed in snugly but not overtightened. If it still doesn't work, reach out via our contact form with your order number and we'll help.
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
Yes! Orders of 50+ units ship free. For very large orders or wholesale inquiries, please contact us and we'll work out the details.
