ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Karlsson Kommerce website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and purchase products from Karlsson Kommerce. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.

PRODUCTS

Karlsson Kommerce sells 510 thread pen batteries and related accessories. Our batteries are sold as standalone power devices with universal 510 threading. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via PayPal and cash sent by USPS Certified Mail.

For PayPal orders, payment is processed at the time of checkout. For cash-by-mail orders, your order is placed with a "pending" payment status. The order will be fulfilled once cash payment is received and verified at our mailing address. Orders not paid within 14 days of placement may be cancelled.

SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. US shipping rates are flat-rate based on the total number of units ordered: 1–5 units for $5, 6–11 units for $6, 12–49 units for $10, and 50+ units ship free. Canadian and Mexican shipping rates are listed on our shipping page. All prices are in USD. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Canadian and Mexican orders are not eligible for our 30-day replacement guarantee.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request an order cancellation by contacting us through our contact form before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent orders, orders that violate these terms, or orders we cannot fulfill due to stock limitations.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

All products are covered by our 30-day replacement guarantee. Full details are available on our Warranty page. Beyond the 30-day guarantee period, all sales are final.

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Resell our products as new without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from this website

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Karlsson Kommerce provides batteries as-is for their intended use as 510 thread power sources. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from misuse, modification, or use with incompatible accessories. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
