WHAT'S COVERED
All Karlsson Kommerce 510 thread batteries are covered by our 30-day replacement guarantee starting from the date of delivery. If your battery is defective or stops functioning properly within this period under normal use, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
QUALIFYING CONDITIONS
- Battery arrived dead on arrival or non-functional
- Battery stops holding a charge within 30 days
- Button, threading, or charging port fails under normal use
- LED/OLED display malfunction (applicable models)
- Voltage output inconsistency or failure
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Physical damage from drops, crushing, or water exposure
- Damage caused by use with incompatible or modified cartridges
- Normal wear and tear after the 30-day period
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Batteries purchased from unauthorized resellers
HOW TO CLAIM
To request a replacement, submit a message through our contact form with the following information:
- Your order number (format: KK-XXXXXXXX-XXXX)
- The product name and issue you're experiencing
- A brief description of what happened
We'll review your claim and respond within 24 hours. If approved, your replacement will ship within 1–3 business days. You do not need to return the defective unit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The 30-day replacement guarantee applies to US orders only. Canadian and Mexican orders are not eligible for replacements due to international shipping costs.
LIMITATIONS
Replacement guarantee is limited to one replacement per original unit purchased. Replacement units carry the remainder of the original 30-day guarantee period, not a new 30-day period. Karlsson Kommerce reserves the right to deny claims that show evidence of misuse or abuse.
